The Mosaic Company: A Strategic Stake on Hold
On April 30, The Mosaic Company announced an agreement to exchange its 25% interest in Ma’aden Wa’ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company (MWSPC) for 111,012,433 shares of Saudi Arabian Mining Company, known as Ma’aden.
